Care given me by Dr.Mohammed Saeed, Tini and Caitlin was excellent. But handing an 80-year old patient a stylus and an I-pad (or whatever the hell it’s called) during registration was a most unpleasant experience. After two attempts to make it work and after receptionist assistance, I gave up in disgust. Thank God for Toni who took over for me.

The powers-that-be at EMA should recognize that many of us didn’t grow up in the world of technology so such apparatti are way beyond our capabilities. This portion of my office visit was unpleasant, to say the least.
